WHAT IS CANDID, ANYWAY?
Glad you asked! Candid is ‘PGC’. That stands for purposefully-generated-content. We work with creators and influencers to produce branded images for the price of a stock photo. We shoot everything from products to services, locations, and everything in between. Get started here.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Our process has officially gone digital! You work through our template online and it will automatically build a brief for you. You get to select what products of yours you want shot, how many images you want, and what you want the images to look like. We will do the rest.
ARE ALL IMAGES SHOT BY INFLUENCERS?
They can be if you would like. This is an option you can select while building a campaign.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CREATOR AND AN INFLUENCER?
Creators are individuals with a great eye for photography that produce images for their personal feed as well as brands. They can have zero followers for all we care, it is about quality. An influencer is someone who has at least 5,000 followers on Instagram.
DO THE CREATORS AND/OR INFLUENCERS POST THE IMAGES ON THEIR OWN FEEDS?
They can, but it’s a package add-on. You can pay for reach from influencers. This can be purchased 25,000 impressions at a time.
DO I PICK THE CREATORS?
We curate a list of creators from our network based on your ask. You are then able to look through their work to make sure you also feel they are a brand fit and then you approve from there.
DO I OWN THE IMAGES ONCE A CAMPAIGN IS COMPLETED?
All images come with full digital rights built into the price. If you want to use them on print assets or for editorial you are able to purchase those rights for one low price per image.
WHAT KIND OF VIDEO CONTENT DOES CANDID CAPTURE?
Think of it as the best video content for platforms like Instagram Stories –– unboxings, talking head, boomerangs. Short format, concise moments of motion to further support your content needs.
DO I HAVE TO DEVELOP MY OWN BRIEF (MOODBOARD), OR CAN CANDID DO IT?
